What does our warranty cover?
We back all our products to be free of defects in the material or workmanship. If there is any issue with the product due to manufacturing or even if the device inexplicably stops working, we will replace or fix the item free of charge. If the item ships with any of the parts missing we will ship out any missing parts immediately.
What does the warranty NOT cover?
If there is evidence of any tampering or rough usage on the device, we will not be able to replace or refund the product.
How long does the warranty last?
Depending on the product we will honor the warranty for a period of 1 or 2 years from the date of purchase. Please check the paperwork that came with the product for the exact timeframe.
How do I claim a warranty?
Just contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your email address, name, order number, and place of purchase and we will respond to you within two business days.
